Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
Directions:
- Mix the dry items first in a large bowl.
- Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and mix together well. Then slowly stir the combined
liquids into the dry mixture. Do not over mix or pancakes will be dense, mix will be lumpy and thin at this point.
Set aside to thicken for 10 minutes.
- Heat the griddle to 325 F or the pan to medium high and let it heat while the pancake mix is thickening.
- Once the pancake mix has thickened (about 10 minutes) you can now pour your batter onto the griddle.
Just before flipping the pancake(s) you can add blueberries, peach slices, chocolate chips, pecans or
anything else you desire to the pancake.
